Decorated by the brilliant Steven Sclaroff, the handsome shingled building was originally part of William Merritt Chase's Southhampton Art Colony, founded in 1892. Once a studio and school, the sprawling nine-thousand square foot residence is packed with fantastic art, pattern, and in true Spade fashion, color.
